If you’re not totally satisfied with your Better Home Products purchase you can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:

In case you availed free shipping, we reserve the right to charge or deduct the following amount from total refund amount
When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
Sorry, we do not accept returns on custom products and as-is products. We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged.

For all items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the deadline to return them is extended until January 31.
